Ordering food and drinks whilst you’re at the Swansea Bay Pop-Up is made simple. Simply scan the QR code at your table which will take you through to a website where you will be able to order food and drinks from various stalls. We will bring everything over to your table. Your items will arrive when they are ready so food and drinks may come at various times to keep them fresh.

Bookings are currently made for a two hour time slot only. At busy periods such as evenings and weekends, we are unable to offer a longer time slot of more than two hours. During quieter periods, you may be able to stay at your table for longer than two hours. This will be at the discretion of the site staff on the day.

Due to the nature of the Pop Up event, our vendors are sharing cold storage units while on site and despite our best efforts, we cannot completely guarantee there won’t be cross contamination. We are therefore unable to cater for those with food allergies.

We are exclusively operating table service at the Swansea Bay Pop Up this year. When ordering through the app, there is a small service charge applied for each transaction. This is to cover the additional staff costs associated with table service and the app itself. Applying this service charge has allowed us to ensure that the Swansea Bay Pop Up remains a free to enter event.

The ordering system relies on you using the internet. Use your phone to scan the QR code located on you table, which will take you straight to the online ordering system. This is where you will access all food and drink menus. If you have any issues with the webpage, please speak to a member of the Pop-Up team and they will be more than happy to help you.
