Simply scan the QR code at your table which will take you through to a website where you will be able to order food and drinks from various stalls through one simple transaction. Please remain seated at your table at all times. We will bring everything over to your table. Due to the nature of the Pop Up event, our vendors are sharing cold storage units while on site and despite our best efforts, we cannot completely guarantee there won’t be cross contamination. We are therefore unable to cater for those with food allergies.
Due to current government guidance, we are exclusively operating table service at the Swansea Bay Pop Up this year. When ordering through the app, there is a small service charge applied for each transaction. This is to cover the additional staff costs associated with table service and the app itself. Applying this service charge has allowed us to ensure that the Swansea Bay Pop Up remains a free to enter event.
